Marian Care, Inc.’s caregivers are thoroughly screened and evaluated. At least two references are obtained for each employee and background checks, including fingerprinting, is done. Ongoing training and industry updates are a constant priority. A nursing supervisor routinely evaluates and supervises all caregivers to maintain close communication to assure continuity of care.
